From requirement to quotation
The portal facilitates discovery and communication only. Buyers and suppliers negotiate and transact directly.
1. Buyer posts an RFQ
A buyer describes the requirement, quantities, delivery location and deadline.
2. Review & matching
The portal reviews the RFQ, then notifies suppliers whose industry, category and delivery coverage match.
3. Suppliers quote
Suppliers ask clarifying questions and submit itemised quotations before the deadline.
4. Buyer evaluates
The buyer compares quotations, shortlists, negotiates and decides independently.
The portal does not guarantee the accuracy of RFQ information, does not guarantee sales, quotations or awards, and does not participate in negotiations, contracts or payments. Buyers are responsible for their own supplier selection and due diligence.
