Buyer Terms
These terms apply to buyers using the portal to find suppliers and post procurement requirements.
Buyer accounts
- Buyer accounts are free. Accounts must represent a real organization or business requirement.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Using the directory
- Supplier listings are provided by the suppliers themselves. The portal does not warrant their accuracy or completeness.
- Verification confirms that a supplier submitted business documents to the portal. It is not a government accreditation, endorsement, or guarantee of performance.
- The portal does not publish ratings or rankings and does not recommend one supplier over another.
Posting requirements
- Requirements must be genuine, lawful and posted by an authorised representative.
- Do not include confidential documents, personal data or payment details in public content.
- You remain free to award, re-quote or not proceed at all. The portal never awards on your behalf.
Transactions
- All negotiations, contracts, deliveries, payments and after-sales matters are strictly between you and the supplier.
- The portal does not process payments and is not responsible for losses arising from a transaction.
Advertising
- Advertising placements are clearly labelled and are completely separate from search results, matching and quotation evaluation.
