Advertising and Membership Terms

Terms for paid supplier memberships, banner advertising and other paid services.

Version 2026-10-10 · Effective 10 October 2026. Earlier versions remain on record. Where a change is material, signed-in users are asked to accept the new version before continuing.

Before you pay

  • The price, period, renewal rules and cancellation rules are shown before you confirm any order.
  • Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱).

Memberships

  • Paid memberships run for 12 months from activation and do not renew automatically.
  • Reminders are sent 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry. On expiry the account moves to the free Basic plan; your profile is kept.
  • Activation happens after payment is confirmed (automatically for PayPal, after admin review for manual transfers).

Advertising

  • Banner submissions are reviewed before publication. Placement, dates and price are confirmed in writing before payment.
  • Advertising is separate from membership and never affects listings, verification or RFQ matching. Ads are labelled Sponsored.
  • We may reject or remove ads that are misleading, unlawful or inappropriate.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Unpaid orders can be cancelled at any time.
  • Fees already paid are not refunded automatically; refund requests are reviewed case by case and required by law where applicable.

No guarantee

  • Memberships and advertising do not guarantee sales, RFQs, purchase orders, contracts or any level of traffic.
  • Trade-show discounts apply only to eligible packages designated by the Portal and are subject to event-specific terms, availability and registration deadlines.
