Supplier Terms and Listing Policy

Rules for supplier profiles, product listings and quotations.

Version 2026-10-10 · Effective 10 October 2026. Earlier versions remain on record. Where a change is material, signed-in users are asked to accept the new version before continuing.

Eligibility

  • Only genuine businesses may list. You must be authorised to represent the company.

Listing standards

  • Information must be accurate, current and not misleading, including prices, availability and certifications.
  • Do not list prohibited, counterfeit or unregistered regulated products. You are responsible for any FDA, DTI or other permits your products need.
  • Do not claim 'lowest price', 'best supplier' or similar unless you can substantiate it.

Plans and limits

  • The free Basic plan includes a limited number of products. Paid memberships are governed by the Advertising and Membership Terms.

Quotations and transactions

  • Quotations are your own offers. Contracts, delivery, payment and warranties are agreed directly with the buyer.

Moderation

  • We may edit, hide or remove listings that breach this policy, and suspend repeat offenders.
