Supplier Verification Policy

What supplier verification means — and what it does not mean.

Version 2026-10-10 · Effective 10 October 2026. Earlier versions remain on record. Where a change is material, signed-in users are asked to accept the new version before continuing.

What we check

  • Identity of the person applying and their authority to represent the company.
  • Basic business registration details (e.g. SEC/DTI/BIR) and contact details you provide.

What verification is not

  • It is not a government accreditation, licence or PhilGEPS registration.
  • It is not an endorsement, a quality or performance guarantee, or a recommendation.

Process

  • Applications, including profile claims, are reviewed by an administrator. We may ask for further documents.
  • Verification may expire, be suspended or be withdrawn if information becomes inaccurate.

Your obligations

  • Provide genuine documents and tell us promptly of material changes.
