Sign inStep 1 · Buyer
Create the event
Sign in as the demo buyer, open e-Bidding → New event. Enter title, delivery details, start and end times, line items with quantity, unit, starting price and minimum decrement, then invite suppliers.
Step 2 · Buyer
Submit for approval
Save the draft and click Submit for approval. Events are never visible to suppliers until an admin approves them.
Step 3 · Admin
Approve the event
In Admin → e-Bidding approvals, review the event and click Approve. Invited suppliers are notified.
Step 4 · Supplier
Accept the invitation
Sign in as Demo Supplier Alpha or Bravo, open e-Bidding and accept the invitation before the event starts.
Step 5 · Supplier
Bid in the live room
When the event opens, enter lower prices per item. Each bid must beat your last bid by at least the decrement. You see your rank only — never competitor names.
Step 6 · System
Automatic extensions
A bid in the last 5 minutes extends the event by 5 minutes, up to 3 times. The server clock is the only deadline.
Step 7 · Buyer
Evaluate and award
After closing, the buyer reviews all bids, adds compliance notes, exports CSV and awards all or selected items with a written reason. No winner is ever chosen automatically.
