What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, company and role.
- Business data you publish: company profile, products, RFQs and quotations.
- Technical data: log and usage events needed to run and secure the portal.
- Records of the policies you accepted, with version and time.
Why we use it
- To provide your account and the features you request (contract).
- To keep the portal secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations.
- To send marketing emails — only if you separately opt in. You can withdraw at any time.
Sharing
- Information you publish on a profile or public RFQ is visible to others.
- Private contact details, payment records and quotations are visible only to the parties concerned and authorised administrators.
- We use service providers (hosting, email, payment processors) bound to protect your data. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
- You may request access, correction, erasure or a copy of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent, and complain to the National Privacy Commission.
- Acknowledging this notice is not consent to every processing purpose; optional purposes are asked for separately.
Retention and security
- We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
- Access is restricted by role and database security rules.
